We are excited and honored to be starting our newest project, this time as a collaboration: Modern Cottage x Epperstone Homes. We purchased the land from the great grandson of Kirkland’s first Mayor, Reginald Collins, and we will be replicating the lines of the original neighboring home (which was once combined with our lot). We are grateful for and humbled by the opportunity to preserve a small piece of Kirkland’s history in this way. As always, B has hand-sketched up a rough elevation of the design with his trusty pencil and paper – forever his preferred technique.
